No-one particularly likes being asked difficult questions.
And it’s not that easy to ask them either.
It can come across as being challenging, or critical, or sometimes simplistic.
But as an Engineering Detective, it’s my role to prod, question and challenge to hunt down hidden problems, so that together we can create a lasting solution in manufacturing and engineering businesses.
If I ask tough questions:
- It could revalidate what you’re doing already, or
- It could highlight a problem that is only seen with fresh eyes, or
- It could educate (both of us) and lead to some new ideas.
Never shy away from tough questions; the solutions are always worth it.
