Before you call for a therapist, consider when was the last time you could listen to nature, gaze at the sea and feel the wind (and a brief shower) with absolutely no other distractions?
And it brought in some welcome fresh perspectives – not least the urge to write a post about it!
Get out there and let nature do a little whispering in your head. It can probably share some ideas that you might not have thought about.
